SPA ARRIVAL & AMENITIES
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. In the event of a late arrival, we currently will not be able to accommodate you due to the increased restrictions surrounding health department requirements. It is imperative that your are timely for your services.
The SPA at Beaver Run is not responsible for loss or damage to personal possessions such as jewelry, clothing, accessories, etc. It is recommended that personal items or possessions remain safely at home or confined to safe areas outside the boundaries of The Spa.
SERVICES & PRICING
Published prices are subject to change without advance notice. Please inquire about current pricing when scheduling services.
Gratuities may be adjusted based on the service personally experienced. Additional gratuity for exemplary service is at your discretion. Gratuities are not included in published pricing. Pro-Tip: A standard tip is 20% of the full price of the service. Additionally, If you were given a gift certificate, ask if the gratuity was included.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
No outside food or beverages are allowed to be brought into the Spa. DO NOT bring in your own water containers, bottled water will be provided.
Please notify your therapist and include on your electronic intake form, sent at time of booking, of any health issues or pregnancy; including but not limited to: allergies, diabetes, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, prescribed or non-prescribed medications, or any ailment or disability.
The SPA at Beaver Run reserves the right to decline treatment if there is a concern for risk. We recommend pregnant women wait to schedule a massage until their second trimester. Please call The Spa for discussion or details.
Children under 18 are not permitted in the spa, lounge or locker area unless they have a booked service. Guests under 18 are required to have a parent/guardian onsite at the Spa.
For the privacy and serenity of our guests, we ask that you refrain from using cameras, cell phones, or any other electronic devices in the locker rooms, lounge, or treatment areas; additionally, we ask that you assist us in keeping the Spa patio a quiet and relaxing environment
SPA GIFT Certificates
Spa gift certificates are available in any denomination and must be presented at time of treatment. Spa gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
12-Hour Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: We are offering flexible cancellation policies. Please call or email us, prior to 12-hours of your reservation time. We will assess a fee if you cancel or change your appointment within 12 hours of your services.
NO SHOW: results in us assessing the full price of your services booked
