Reservation Policies

To provide you with more flexibility and confidence to book and plan your trip, we're offering updated deposit and cancellation policies. 
We want you to know that we're here to work with you and to help you easily plan your trip with confidence.

COMMITTED TO YOUR SAFETY

WINTER DEPOSIT POLICIES:
At the time of booking, a 25% deposit per reservation is required, year round.
All reservations arriving through 4/15 are subject to full payment at 30 days to arrival.
Full payment is automatically collected if the reservation arrives this winter through 4/15 AND is already inside of 30 days.

SUMMER DEPOSIT POLICIES:
At the time of booking, a 25% deposit per reservation is required, year round.
Summer arrivals after 4/15 through Thanksgiving do not require full payment at 30 days. Full payment is taken at the time of arrival.

WINTER CANCELLATION POLICIES:
2020/2021 SKI SEASON POLICY: All reservations arriving through 4/15/2021 will be charged full payment is charged at 30 days to the arrival. The reservation can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival with only a $49 processing fee. Inside of 14 days to arrival, the reservation is non-refundable/non-changeable.

STANDARD WINTER POLICY: Outside of 30 days to the arrival, a cancelled reservation is subject to a $49 processing fee.
Inside of 30 days to the arrival, full payment has been charged and the reservation is non-changeable and non-refundable.
ALL reservations are subject to cancellation if deposit/final payment cannot be collected by the required due date or due to declined credit cards.

SUMMER CANCELLATION POLICIES:
All reservations arriving this summer through Thanksgiving (4/15 - Thanksgiving), can be cancelled by 4 pm three (3) days prior to arrival for just a $49 processing fee, with the balance of the deposit refunded.
Reservations cancelled inside of 3 days to arrival will forfeit the 25% deposit taken at booking.
ALL reservations are subject to cancellation if deposit/final payment cannot be collected by the required due date or due to declined credit cards.


** If you book through a third party entity (like Expedia or Booking.com or any other reservation system and you did NOT book directly through Beaver Run Reservations), you will be subject to the third party's deposit and cancellation policies and will need to contact your third party agent for any questions or help with your reservation. **

  • Check-in time: 4:00 P.M. Check-out time: 11:00 A.M.
  • All preferences for location, views, and specific units will be noted. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee such requests.
  • Base occupancy recommended is 2 people per bedroom. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded.
  • Rates, taxes, and fees are subject to change without notice and do not include room taxes and surcharges of 18.45%.
  • Parking is available for guests only. One vehicle per bedroom is allowed to park on property. Additional parking is available at off site locations. And additional parking fees may apply.
  • A per night, per vehicle, fee of $20.00 applies during Ski Season.
  • RV, trailer and over-sized vehicle parking is unavailable at Beaver Run Resort. Parking is available at a designated off-site location. Please inquire at check-in for directions and guidelines.
