Whether you want green beer, Irish cheer, or just a fun way to spend the holiday, Breckenridge is the place for your St. Patrick’s Day fun.

Coppertop Bar and Cafe

Start your morning off in the Irish spirit. Grab a seat on the Coppertop Patio and plan what runs to ski over an Irish Coffee or hot chocolate. Coppertop is conveniently located at the base of the Beaver Run SuperChair and by Beaver Run Ski School so you won’t waste any time getting to or from the slopes. Coppertop will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day all day with Jameson themed giveaways, drink specials, pints of green beer and live music from DJ Maui Babe.

Irish Lunch Buffet at Spencer’s 

Skiing and riding all day can really work up an appetite. Continue your Irish celebrations with a special St. Patrick’s Day Buffet at Spencer’s Restaurant. One of the best values on the mountains, this all-you-can-eat buffet features a full salad bar, two homemade soups, two hot entrees, various sides and a dessert. Skip the cafeteria lines and picnic tables and dine in comfort this St. Paddy’s Day. Children’s menus available.

Après Appetizers and Green Beer at Base Nine Bar

Once the lifts close around 4 pm, drop your skis off at the room and head to Base Nine Bar for Happy Hour. Share a round of wings over a pint of green beer, or sample multiple brews with our Colorado Craft Flights. Walk to Burke and Riley’s Irish Pub 

If you are looking for some true Irish flare, Burke and Riley’s throws one of the biggest St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations in Breckenridge. Located at the corner of Park Ave and Main St. Burk and Riley’s is less than a 10 minute walk from Beaver Run, or a 5 minute shuttle ride. Expect to see lots of costumes and perhaps win a little free St. Paddy’s swag. Be prepared to pay a small cover fee.

Napper Tandy’s Irish Pub 

For late night fun, hit up Napper Tandy’s on the North side of Main Street. Known for its DJs and dance floor, Napper Tandy’s (or Nappers if you’re a local) will no doubt be swinging until 2 am. Located on the second floor above Salt Creek on Lincoln Ave, the Beaver Run shuttle can save you the walk and drop you off a few steps away from the front door. Be prepared to pay a cover charge.

Friday Morning Hangover Breakfast

If there is one thing the Irish know better than beer, it’s breakfast. Soak up the previous night’s festivities with a breakfast and bloody Mary or build-your-own-mimosa from Spencer’s. Whether you like sweet or savory, Spencer’s breakfast will sure to leave you satisfied and is conveniently located next to the slopes so you can immediately ski off that hangover. Oh… and did we mention unlimited bacon?
