Spring Fever is packed with events both on and off the slopes. Enjoy Live Music In BreckenridgeWe’ve got a fever and the only prescription is…. More music! Spring Fever is a music lovers dream with three amazing bands coming to Breckenridge in April, 2016. All Spring Fever concerts take place at the base of Peak 8 and are FREE to the public. You don’t even need a lift ticket to ride the gondola up to the stage on Peak 8! This year’s line-up includes Michael Franti & Spearhead, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real and Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue.

Park and Pipe Competitions“A day in the park” is a little different in Breckenridge. If you like high flying tricks, flips and big mountain air, then look no further than Breckenridge Spring Fever park and pipe events. The park season kicks off on April 2 with the slopestyle Mtn Dew Spring Open in Park Lane Terrain Park, located on Peak 8. Both pro and amateur athletes will compete to impress the judges with jaw-dropping tricks down Park Lane’s Triple Jump Line. Come as a competitor, come as a spectator, but come to have a good time.
The first three Fridays in April will also feature Spring Fever Park Jams; a jam style contest where competitors show off their best tricks in order to win season passes, GoPros and other cool prizes. Come listen to music, snag a hot dog and enjoy a sunny day in the park during Breckenridge Spring Fever.

Chili and Beer…are good anywhere, but better in Breckenridge. Please you pallet with all the chili you can manage at the year’s Breck Chili Cook Off. Choose your favorite recipe as chefs from Breckenridge Ski Resort and Breckenridge Hospitality go head to head to compete to be chili champion. Come vote on the winning recipe starting at noon on April 3. The Breck Chili Cook Off will be taking place on the Sevens patio, located at the base of Peak 7.
Wash the chili down with some incredible craft beer. Come to Spring Beerfest on April 9 and sample hundreds of beers from over 40 craft brewers. Dress in 80’s attire, listen to music and enjoy some spectacular food from dozens of local vendors. Spring Beerfest is held on Ridge Street in downtown Breckenridge which is just a short walk or shuttle ride from Beaver Run Resort. Spring Beerfest is a sold-out event every year, so buy your Breck BeerFest tickets early!
