It's SO much easier to get first chair when you're staying just steps away from the lift. If you can time your stay for a storm, make sure you get first chair for a powder day, but we happen to also love fresh corduroy and getting out before the rest of the skiers and riders show up.
2. Slopeside hot tubs.
Yup. A post-ski soak in an outdoor hot tub is a must. Beaver Run in Breckenridge has 9 outdoor hot tubs with a bar located near the Building 3 hot tubs. It's the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing, especially if you've skied powder all day.
