  • Food sustainability

  • Rooftop herb gardens
  • Straws.  (upon request and stir sticks)
  • Reusable cups for guests to purchase
  • Reusable cup for staff to use for soda and coffee
  • Verdant
  • Create a mission statement

Long Term Goals

  • Boxed water for rooms
  • Company for mixed recyclable’s
  • Change out conference center light bulbs.  (ultimately the whole property)
  • Change out plastic water cups.  (something reusable)
  • Look at options for Banquet water stations
  • Energy / water efficient dish machine
  • Low flow water nozzles
  • Review laundry water/energy consumption
  • Review natural gas consumption (property wide)
  • Bulk toiletries in the rooms. (soap/shampoo dispensers)
  • Food bank for serviceable food recycle
  • Manager clean up day at end of season
  • Plant more blooming plants in the spring
  • New, better descriptive trash/recycle cans
  • Recycle fryer oil
  • Solar panels on the buildings for offset power
  • Electric car charging stations
  • Replace thru attrition BRR vehicles with flex fuel vehicles
  • Install more water bottle filling stations
