Creamy bisque with lobster meat finished with sherry.

Spencer’s Salad
Baby greens, feta, sundried cherries and candied pecans tossed in balsamic vinaigrette dressing

2nd Course

Center cut fillet of Certified Angus Beef and Broiled Lobster tail
Béarnaise sauce, red wine demi, grilled seasonal vegetables and
truffle mashed potatoes.

Or

Herb marinated breast of free range chicken and grilled prawns
Pan Jus and lemon herb butter, wild rice pilaf and grilled
seasonal vegetables.

3rd Course
