Seafood Display

Peel and eat shrimp and clusters of snow crab legs served with cocktail sauce, remoulade, and fresh lemons
Smoked fish platter- honey smoked salmon, gravlax, hot and cold smoked trout

Chefs selection of composed salads
Mixed green and traditional Caesar salads
Imported and domestic cheese platters with artisanal crackers
Crudité platters with roasted red pepper hummus and Maytag bleu cheese dip
Fruit and melon display with yogurt dipping sauce

Pasta station

Selection of pasta with your choice of shredded oven-roasted chicken, prosciutto ham, shrimp, bacon, asparagus tips, roasted pepper medley, caramelized onions, broccoli and capers with marinara or Alfredo sauce

Carving station

Oven roasted Tom turkey, Buffalo Prime Rib, holiday spiral ham- accoutrements include turkey gravy, cranberry compote, au jus and homemade stuffing
