Celebrate your Breckenridge wedding slope-side at Beaver Run Resort!
Breckenridge’s largest and most accommodating resort takes weddings to an entirely new level with the addition of the Imperial Ballroom and the Spa at Beaver Run.
Now your special gathering is even more relaxing with massage treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures – all complemented by seven soaking tubs, two swimming pools and the longest list of guest amenities in town.
From outdoor patios and tents to the brand new Imperial Ballroom with breathtaking views, your wedding will certainly be a success at Beaver Run.
Lodging options range from hotel rooms and studios to 1- to 4-bedroom condominiums, and our group coordinators will help with all of your arrangements.

Ceremony and Reception Space
Conference rooms and wedding sites are only held between the hours indicated on your contract.

|
Ceremony Sites and Fees Ceremony and site fees are based on the desired location and the number of people: (Please note outdoor sites are only available during the summer season)
- Patio on the Green accommodates up to 125 people, $500 site fee
- Mountain View Deck accommodates up to 40 people, $250 site fee
- Spencer’s Deck accommodates up to 75 people, $500 site fee
- Coppertop Patio accommodates up to 125 people, $500 site fee
Site Fee includes chair set up, a microphone for pastor, 1 hr. for rehearsal and 3 hours for ceremony An arch is available for $100.

Entertainment
All indoor entertainment must conclude at 11 p.m. All outdoor entertainment must conclude
at 10 p.m.

Food and Beverage Food and beverages from outside the resort is not allowed at any time, excluding the wedding cake. There is a $3.00 per person cake cutting fee. Children's meals are available. Reception room set up includes: tables for seating, chairs, dance floor (no larger than 15’ x 15’), cake table, gift table, DJ table, and head table at no additional charge.

We provide cream or white linens, a mirror centerpiece and votive candle at no charge. You are more than welcome to provide your own floral centerpieces, chair covers or floor length linens. Our Conference Services department can help you coordinate.
Our executive chef would be happy to personally carve an ice sculpture for your special day. Prices and designs vary, just as your Conference Services Coordinator for details.
Glitter and confetti are not allowed.

- Colorado Ballroom $15,000
- Tent $5000
Above minimums are not inclusive of tax, gratuity or resort fee.
