The historic mining/resort town of Breckenridge is located two hours west of Denver International Airport via Interstate 70.

Beaver Run is located at the base of Peak 9 at the Breckenridge Ski Area just a few blocks from historic Main Street.

Located at approximately 9600 feet above sea level the climate of the area is considered to be high-alpine and receives an average snowfall of 300 inches per year.
