Upscale Dining in a Casual Atmosphere!

Conveniently located at the base of Peak 9, Spencer's Restaurant features upscale dining in a casual atmosphere. In addition to offering full breakfast and lunch buffets, the restaurant offers items to satisfy all palates on its breakfast and lunch menus. After the sun sets, Spencer's is best known for the "All-You-Can-Eat Prime Rib," which is available nightly. The dinner menu includes a variety of appetizers, tender grilled steaks, several fresh seafood choices, and two unique entrees that are specially designed by our chef each night.


Spencer's Lounge is the perfect setting for cocktails over quiet conversation and views of the Rocky Mountains.
