Employee Housing

Beaver Run Resort provides housing to employees located adjacent to the resort in the Kings’ Ridge Condominiums. Employee Housing is limited and is provided on an as needed basis dependent upon availability.

Rooms are 1 bedroom/1 bath with 3 beds or 2 bedroom/ 2 bath with 4 beds. Rent is $350/month per person for a 1 bedroom and $400/month per person for a 2 bedroom. Rent comes out semi-weekly (twice a month) from the employee’s paycheck and includes all utilities. A $200 security deposit is also required. Units are fully furnished.

Housing in Breckenridge and Summit County can be expensive and difficult to find depending on time of year, availability, etc. Many of our employees choose to live in nearby areas including other towns in Summit County, Park County, Lake County and Chaffee County.
