Seafood Display

With traditional condiments, cocktail sauce, Cajun remoulade, and fresh lemons
  • On ice- Peel and eat shrimp, snow crab clusters.
  • Smoked fish mirror- house smoked salmon, smoked trout and gravlax.

Platters and Salads

  • International and domestic cheese display with artisan crackers
  • Vegetable crudités with edamame hummus and blue cheese dip
  • Melon display with seasonal berries and banana yogurt dip
  • Full salad bar with condiments and dressings
  • Texas-German Potato salad with bacon and green onions
  • Grilled asparagus and avocado salad with roasted heirloom tomatoes
  • Spinach salad with sun-dried cranberries and feta cheese.

Artisan Bread and Soup kettle

  • Butternut Squash Bisque
  • Scotch Barley and lamb stew
  • Assortment of focaccia, corn soufflé muffins and artisan rolls

Carving station

  • Hazelnut-fig Roasted pork loin w/ roasted garlic and thyme
  • Roasted tom turkey with all the trimmings.
  • Salt crusted New York strip loin with jus and horseradish cream

Entrees and sides

  • Sautéed skuna bay salmon w/ leeks and citrus beurre blanc
  • Pan Roasted chicken with fresh herbs, tomato and white wine
  • Roasted baby vegetable medley
  • Brown sugar glazed Sweet potato
